KLEARFORCE supplies and distributes cleaning chemicals, janitorial equipment, paper and hygiene, PPE and catering disposables to trade customers across the UK. We hold stock at our Orpington depot and run our own weekly delivery rounds into every postcode area we serve.

Why we exist

Most trade suppliers sell to a company. In practice, cleaning and catering consumables are bought by a site — a hotel, a ward, a school, a building on a managed contract — with its own budget, its own delivery address and its own person who notices the blue roll is running out.

Those two facts fight each other. Head office wants consolidated pricing, one invoice and visibility of spend. Sites want to order what they need without raising a requisition. We built our account structure around that tension rather than pretending it doesn’t exist: one organisation, many sites, per-site budgets and permissions, and pricing that follows the contract rather than the person placing the order.
